Dope Artist

by: Areli

Last week I interviewed one of the founders of Dime Child.
it was an awsome expirence. I got hands on life expirence on how in the blink of a few months and years one can change thier lives. It was very fun to hear how he was interesting and so modivated by his father. His father had taught him to never give up on his dream and he didnt. He served in the army just like his father and that made him feel honorable. I belive that when one gives themselves to servitiute you become a diffrent a whole new level of person. He had studied to be a primary teacher. He was enthusiastic but not really there. Soon he went to Cali to find a deal for his artist friend, he belived in him truely and wanted to help him get his music out. They liked the way he projected himself over the radio and soon got a job and he hooked his friend up. Soon he became a mini celeb he then got a job at WGCI and is now a radio host. He then started to found Dime Child. He wanted the best free Media program for teens. I persoanlly think his ideas and his way of going about discovering who he was in the process is something admirable. Studies got his things together found growth in serving in the army and finally landing in the arts. I finally asked to end the interview what his greatest challenge right now, and his response really made me think. He told me that his greatest challnge was to take care of his new born son and be a good father to him. He is busy with the media and his work but still finds time to educate a new generation of change. He is a true Dope Artist.
