Her breast is enhanced as well as her butt. The bottom picture is where the joke comes in, they are actually exposing the boys with their big butts, a taste of their own medicine!

I look at Beyonce as a powerful woman and a role model but this outfit shows the exact opposite. This is not something I'm use to her wearing..she needs to clean it up!

Bombing in Boston: Do not click if faint of heart.

Just in today their has been a tragedy two bombs went off during a marathon in Boston.

 Just today during the annual Marathon in Boston, two bombs went off and injured 150 people.The first loud explosion occurred on the north side of Boylston Street, just before the photo bridge that marks the finish line. The second explosion could be heard a few seconds later. The Police stated that 22 people have been severely injured and 150 just in the hospital. 2 deaths have been confirmed and one including a 8 year old boy. This has been a very sad day. It makes me wonder how many more "accidents, terrorist attacks" will innocent people endure. Being from Chicago another big city that makes everyone nervous everyone lives very close to down town and this was just a marathon. After this and all the tragedies we have been facing since 2001 everyone is walking and even sleeping with pre-caution.

I think this is raising more tensions now that the Korea issue and gun control issue is on the table now the terrorist issue is probably going to be the next target more control for the american public.

Some thing many people do not know is that today their was also a bomb squad in the Boston area conducting a controlled explosion. What raises eye brows is who's behind this event and why today?

The nation has suffered yet again and we are praying and hoping that everyone who suffered today will be able to go on.

Beyonce and Jay-Z have been in the cultural country for the past few days enjoying their anniversary. From the looks of the video above, they're (well, Beyonce at least) definitely enjoying themselves. Beyonce is doing the dance called the BAILE BAILE. The dress she has on in the video above is red, very caliente. When Beyonce arrived the crowd soon crowded around her, it seems as if Beyonce is having her best anniversary yet - simple. 

 As soon as her Cuba vacation ends, Beyonce will be gearing up to hit the road on her "Mrs. Carter Show" world tour, which kicks off in Serbia on April 15.

Movie Review: Evil Dead

EVIL DEAD...R-E-V-I-E-W 

      This week I went to the midnight show of 

Evil Dead (2013). I personally thought it was a

 wonderful movie. It scared me a bit. I left the 

theater at 3am and I felt the jitters. During the film, I was surprised to see all the characters and the

 actors they picked for each one. Now being a 

huge fan of horror- and no I'm not talking about Hollywood Horror but underground horror and foreign horror movies. Im going to be honest after watching many many films you come to a conclusion that acting is not the greatest. Seriously guys, lines just need to be delivered, blood needs to be shed and its never something to really pay attention to that. Having said that the special effects where wonderful, and the story line is great. Their was a lot of wild arms and intense scene. If you are of faint heart do not watch this. Every scene was juicy and they built the tension well. I know I jumped in my seat several times. Honestly it left me on the edge I did not know what was going to come next sort of like a roller coaster!

If you can and have the guts go see it, GO!... If not enjoy the trailer!

Who is Snoop Lion? Snoop Dogg. The former hard rapper is now taking a step of change. He's now becoming a Reggae artist. Snoop announced his conversion to Rastafarianism on Monday, July 30th. Though being Rastafarian does not ask that one change their name or title, being called a dog is completely insulting. (Says Ennis Edmonds. Edmonds is a scholar at Kenyon College.)  "Rastas would probably see calling yourself a dog as an indication of lack of self-knowledge," (Edmonds said.) Snoop's new last name Lion comes from the "lion of Zion", which was also sung about numerous times by the late Rasta singer Bob Marley. 
  In one of Snoop's new songs, actress and pop artist Miley Cyrus is featured: Ashtrays and Heartbreaks. The song is said to be a mix of Raggae and Dancehall, according to directlyrics.com .
Although, lyrics have not yet been released for this song, it is featured on Lion's new album Reincarnated. Other artists on the album consist of Drake, Chris Brown, Rita Ora, and more.

This is extremely shocking. Who'd imagine Snoop collaborating with Miley Cyrus?

Next Generation: Evil Dead Re-make

In horror movie news, their will be a new installment to the  Evil Dead  name, in the 2013 re-make of the

1981 film.

For those of you who are not familiar with Evil Dead or Sami Raimi this is a new step for them allowing new director Fede Alvarez. To get a taste of what we are going to experience here is a clip of the reactions from  college campus theater.

Being a big fan of the original film and the genre 

of horror/gore I am very excited to watch it. I will go to the midnight showing of the film Thursday 

the 4th. I hope it makes me scream after all why go see a horror movie if you aren't going to scream

 and laugh.

Summer is approaching quickly.... What's available to teens?

 

Teens need something beneficial to get into this summer instead of everything going on in the streets. Art is a good activity because you'll get to learn about a lot of different things and how they are created. Instead of the basic... Let's go beyond basic. Create something never seen before.

The Art Institute of Chicago offers art classes on Saturdays to high school students (ages 14-19) for $12 per class . You can only apply if your in After-school Matters program, an ASM coordinator has to recommend you. Have a passion for the Art Industry (serious inquires only). The program is designed to help the students learn to create quality work and the basics of art designing. Students will be rotating classes just like a usual school day learning different components of the art and design fields.  Summer Camps are always going on trips to different places, this may be a little expensive to do on your own, so why not use positive programs to help you accomplish your desires.

Y.O.L.O Testing :) !!!!

In texas High school Junior Named, 
Kyron birdine was suspended for tweeting a photo of his one sentence essay answer on STAAR exam (Y.O.L.O) . Alledgedly Kyron used his iPad to take a picture of his answer on the test. He sent the picture to the Arlington Independent School District as a protest of taking the test. 
  
In my opinion,  is how are people going to say how they want all kids in school but yet you guys are steady kicking , and suspending them from school. Like that just doesnt make sense at all because all you doing is taking away valuable time for them to learn because they suspended them for something that could of resulted to a detention or something else. So if you guys are going to talk about more kids in school then you guys need to stop taking dramatic measures with suspending or expelling kids for immature things. For example when i was in 8th grade i got suspended for 2 weeks for calling a teacher R.Kelly as in reference as in being a pedophile. And i didn't see how i could get suspended for making a Joke like that. And during the time i was suspended i stayed home and did nothing instead of going to school learning getting ready for high school.

Kevin Ware's First Step To Recovery

After a horrific leg injury Sunday, Kevin Ware is making steps toward recovering. Kevin was released today from the hospital and returned to his team mates and family. Ware told the press he plans to be a full participant in the team's preparation for Saturday's game against Wichita State. Ware was overwhelmed by all the love and support that fans, his team mates, etc showed him. Kevin calmly retold how he felt when he suffered from that tragic injury, saying he doesn't think Louisville would be in the Final Four if he had lost his composure. During the conference, Kevin gave credit to his team mate Luke Hancock. Kevin stated "He got me to that point where I really had to put the pain on hold, once he said his prayer, I was kind of thinking the whole time, 'you can either be a crybaby about it or you're going to get your team back and get them in the right mindset'. Luke said his words, and I just kept repeating, 'y'all gotta go win this game.' I'm fine. ... It really helped the team." Through it all, Kevin said he had to remain strong. He was placed on a stretcher and wheeled out of Lucas Oil Stadium to cheers of 'Kevin Ware, Kevin Ware,' before being rushed to the hospital. While in the hosiptal, Kevin said he heard from several NBA players like Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, and Charles Barkley. Kevin even heard from Michelle Obama and Rev. Jesse Jackson. Kevin stated "I had no idea I would get this kind of attention, I'm one of those guys who just likes to play basketball. But the injury opened up a lot of peoples' eyes and I really appreciate all the support. It really means a lot."   Kevin couldn't express in words how much love he felt from everyone around the world for the moral support. As for now, Kevin is just resting after his surgery.

NIKKI MINAJ'S LOVER LIL WAYNE !!! WHAT?!

Nikki Minaj & Rap artist Lil wayne... did they really lock lips in their "High School" video?  The public is wondering, did Wayne and Nikki kiss. Well according to Nikki Minaj, she states - we did not lock lips. Nikki then backed up her statement by saying "Don't u think we would had put in the video if we did?" Nikki and Wanye obviously had fun, they where both laughing on the video shoot which made their fans and those behind the scenes think that they may have something more than friendship going on. Minaj says that she kept on laughing because the Young Money crew where making fun of Nikki because she is the only girl apart of the crew. Nikki also says that Wayne didn't feel comfortable touching Nikki because of their close sister/brother like relationship. Basically they both had a awkward moment together in the video but definitely did not kiss.

Here are some tips for new comers who aren't very familiar with helping children with disabilities

• Never lower the expectations for the child 

• Work with your student to make sure they understand their disability and that it does not mean they have something wrong with them

• Be patient, resilient, understanding

• Learn as much as you can about the child's disability.     

It is wonderful feeling you get from helping the people with disabilities. Many people are embarrassed to do so or discouraged. What I can say from previous experience in helping adults and young children with certain disabilities is that they are very fun to be around and they are just like everyone else. They only have that label society gives them. In reality they are interesting people and I love going to Misericordia an institution in Chicago that offers housing and programs for people. I volunteer there regularly and am proud of it.

Want to know what is really taking place then maybe some of these news channel should talk to teens like us who are in the mist of it all. Chicago teens were recently seen "going wild" on Chicago's prized Magnificent Mile Saturday March 30, 2013. Reports were made to the public: 

 

The Chicago Sun-Times reported a “melee” erupted along the famous Magnificent Mile shopping district and that a group of women were attacked on a city transit bus.

CBS Chicago WBBM-TV reported many innocent tourists and shoppers were caught in the middle of the chaos of teenagers purposely bumping into each other and starting fights among themselves.

“You had a group of teens, close to maybe 500. They assaulted a Chicago police officer that was on a mounted on a horse and all of a sudden they assaulted a citizen walking the streets, just a normal citizen shopping and enjoying the weather,” community activist Andrew Holmes told WBBM.

They make it sound so bad and they make horrible racist remarks about us but if you honestly look at it - we don't have anyplace to go. Social media is a big issue, I'm not going to lie, due to our bordem and our lack of place to go when we have free time beside where adults think we should go... I'm sorry, the library is not fun. Sometimes you want to hang with your friends and when there are a lot of people we teens seem to have the most fun. I mean I know violence and bad things happen at the Bud Billiken Parade but that is one of the only times the city allows us to congregate any other time they are arresting us. I got off subject for a minute of why this all happened but now I'll tell you... Twitter and Facebook is how this happened.

Within different group chats on Twitter and Facebook conversations began between two groups of friends that have titled themselves by names - I wouldn't call them gangs because I'm apart of a team and we like to throw and promote parties, so more like unofficial fraternities and I guess sororities. 

The two groups HitSquad and Obeyy were talking about fighting one another over which team is better - this is probably where it gets out of hand. So through word of mouth and having nothing else better to do, the word of going Downtown on a specific date and time began spreading fast. Once all the teens, approximately 500 teens, met Downtown - that is what led to mob action and when people started to get arrested that is what led to more mob action - 28 teens were arrested by police enforcement. Also 11 teenagers where arrested for attacking a senior citizen on the CTA train - YES, its getting even worse in Chicago. 

I speak for many, if you keep telling us there is no money and our parents are broke and we cant afford to do what the others can and everything free is educational. If some are already not doing well in school and has to take tutoring and everything else, don't you think that student want a break or an outlet. Where is our outlet, we can't find it on our own because our environment doesn't have (m)any. They say were dumb so we only get the education "fun" and not the lets do something we like and learn from that. That's why I like Dime Child because it focuses on what we want to do, they understand us as young black kids and they help us learn how to do things and be a better us, without making us feel stupid. Chicago should give Dime Child all the money and I bet they would have way more black kids doing something positive like us. #MUSTREAD!!!

"Babe, Gimme your password!"

In many relationships, it is considered a good sign of trust to know and give the passwords to your boyfriend or girlfriend phone and social media accounts. But, if they hide the password, then they must have something to hide. If they ask for your password, they're to demanding. If your girlfriend or boyfriend constantly checks your stuff, then they must be controlling. What do you believe? What matters?

Passwords should not be a big deal. Whether you decide to give your password is your choice. It should never be life or death, or even a deal breaker for a relationship.

No one should be demanding your account info either. Demanding is definitely a sign of a controlling or an unhealthy relationship. Whether you all have each others passwords, there should be trust.

At this stage in life, many teens are in relationships. some are very much more serious than others. No teen should be being tied down, or have their password(s) forced out of them. We're young! What's the purpose? No girl or boy should have a second parent as a boyfriend or girlfriend.

When it comes to this debate with teens, it is of course over the top. Do what you want. Personally, passwords are SO NOT a deal breaker. Whether you have something to hide or not, you have a password for a reason - For P R I V A C Y !

Decide who you want to be in your space, and how they are apart of your space. Don't control and  don't be controlled.

               This story is about a young Chinese child smoking in Shanghai's Fuxing park on Easter. The mother was dressed in pajamas in the public park and let her son smoke - right in front of her!! The MOTHER lit the cigarette so the toddler can smoke it. The mother obviously thinks that this is cute and other people don't, I don't. When the toddler takes a puff his cigarette, his mother begins to laugh when he started to roll around on the ground because of the cigarettes affects. There is another toddler documented on YouTube.com that is two-year old and he is smoking 40 cigarettes a day in Indonesia. Cigarette causes many diseases and reduce the health of smokers in general. 

More deaths in the world are caused by tobacco use than by all deaths from human!!

Cigarettes can give you a stroke by 2 to 4 times a year. Cigarette smoking causes reduced circulation by narrowing the blood vessels arteries and puts smokers at risk of developing peripheral vascular disease.

From Degrassi-The Next Generation, to the mixtape titled, "So Far Gone". We've known him for a while, and endured the development of his career(s). We listen to his songs and now the artist Drake, born as Aubrey Graham, has just released his new single 5AM In Toronto. We love his appearance, we love what we think he's about. Really, who is he?  Is Aubrey the "fake friend" he refers to in his song titled, "Started From the Bottom"? Many say that Drake is a sell out. 5Am In Toronto seems to be one of Graham's many 'diss' tracks to his most recent singles.

In Drake's new single 5Am In Toronto-the sequel to his 9AM In Dallas-the former child star is letting it be known that he has a guaranteed spot in the rap game. In the single, Drake says "Give these n**gas the look, the verse, and even the hook/ That's why every song sound like Drake featuring Drake" In this line, Drake insinuates that he's given other artists practically a blueprint of how to be Drake because he feels he is the best. Another line that demonstrates this is the following: "I could load every gun with bullets that fire backwards/ You probably wouldn't lose a single rapper." Drake implies that if any other 'artist' or performer could try to shoot him with a gun that backfires(shooting the shooter), no rapper would be lost because the rappers of today(other than his self) is not real. 

In Drake's last single, "Started From The Bottom", he sings "F*ck a fake friend. Where ya real friends at?" Of course names such as Chris, Rihanna, and Common came about when thinking "Who is Drake talking about??" Many think that this is towards the fact that The Weeknd chose not to sign with Drake and the OVO label- I agree!

Formally apart of OVOXO with Drake, artist Abel Tsfaye(known as The Weeknd) has recently signed with Universal Recording Records. If Drake signed with Drake, he'd sign with Wayne and be a part of YMCMB. Drake seems to think that The Weeknd should submit an IOU. On December 11, 2012 Drake tweets "You won"t get away with just a thank you...you owe me a favor." Abel voiced his signing with URR in September. Aubrey recorded Started From The Bottom in October. Abel came out with his album Trilogy in November. Shortly after Drake's above tweet, he released Started From The Bottom. This is NO coincidence.

Yes. Drake is the reason many fans listen to House of Balloons by The Weeknd. Yes. Drake has had a mainstream start a while before The Weeknd. No. The Weeknd DOES NOT owe Drake anything. He is not forced nor supposed to sign with Drake. The Weeknd and Drake don't really have similar sounds anymore anyways. Drake has done nothing but make his name, but he did not do it alone. None of his progress was completely done with his own two hands. Drake needs to take his own advice where he says "We just want the credit where it's due." as he says in "Started From The Bottom".

Drake should be able to give applause without the diss(es) and continue to make the descent music he used to like The Calm, Bria's Interlude, Sooner Than Later, and even a few songs on Take Care album. Drake needs to chill, take a step back, and get back to the real music we knew. The beef is crap!

Big Sean Has A Girlfriend

As much as I'd HATE to admit it, Big Sean has a girlfriend...and it's not me! Shockingly, Big Sean's girlfriend isn't some actress, model, or singer.  Big Sean labels his girlfriend Ashley as someone very special to him. Big Sean has had a crush on his girlfriend since he was 15 years old (how cute). I'm actually very happy for him. When most people make it big, they forget some of the most important people in their lives; It's like the "in" thing for celebs. to date other celebs, but not in this case. I feel as if they're relationship is actually going to work out for the best because they have chemistry with one another. Unless their like high school sweethearts that doesn't make it to see that fairytale ending. For instance, when Kim Kardashian married that basketball player, they were divorced in 72 days.. that's not real love. Whenever Sean does decide to marry Ashley, it'll be true love because they know what makes each other mad, happy, sad, etc. I have faith in their relationship.

Kim & Kanye West Baby Name.

As we all know, Kim and Kanye are expecting to have their bundle of joy to arrive in July. With a couple of months to go, they just can not decide on what to name their baby! Rumors has it that Kanye wants to name the baby North West. Kim on the other hand likes the name Easton West. It's still a slight chance of the baby having a "K" name to keep up Kim's family tradition. No one really knows what they're going to decide. Kim stated that whenever they decide on a baby name, most likely their going to keep it private until the baby arrives. We'll just have to wait and see.

Lolla !! -Lollapalooza 2013

Lollapalooza! Always known for its excitement and abundant, great, artists. Last year, atists such as The Weeknd and Frank Ocean took the stage to perform. Many fans and tourists come out to enjoy the scenery of Chicago with a concert of all the favorites of today.

Luckily, the lineup for Lollapalooza has been released. Artists such as 2Chainz, Kendrick Lamar, The Cure, New Order, and The Postal Service are just a few of the many artists, and griup that will be performing. This event is extremely large!

I am very much surprised with the performance of 2Chainz that is soon to come. The rapper doesn't necessarily fit in with the genre of performers that usually take on the crowd that is usually brought on by Lollapalooza.

Whoever heard of 2Chainz and The Postal Service?  One couldn't even imagine! I guess it'll be a sight to see.

Mom Strips at Elementary School Assembly

Aydrea Meaders, 24, of Albany, New York, was arrested on Friday after she stepped onto the stage of her son’s school assembly and began stripping. You read that right..... She STRIPPED at her child’s elementary school.  The school assembly began in the cafeteria of North Albany Academy. About 200 students and teachers were there from throughout the school and community. A group of students went up on stage to start performing a dance routine and started taking her clothes off, starting with her coat. Staff quickly rushed to the stage, escorted her to the side and shielded her away from students, while other staff members called the police. Meaders was arrested Friday afternoon. She is being held on $3,000 bail and is charged with seven counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Public Lewdness.

THE BREAKING NEWS ABOUT THE CO STAR FOR BUCKWILD Shain Gandee dead

                       

          

The star of MTV's Buckwild, Shain Gandee was found dead in West Virgina of reported Carbon Monoxide poisoning from Shain's1984 Bronco truck. Throughout the first season of the Buckwild reality show, the teens were seen going "mudding" often and even got stuck in the mud once and had to call a friend with an all-terrain vehicle to pull him and his friends out of the mud. TMZ photographed Shain's truck that was submerged in mud up to the windows. That is what led to investigators believing that the youth did indeed die from carbon monoxide poisoning. Shain and his Uncle David Gandee and a third unidentified person was going four- wheeling. Four-Wheeling is when you drive in the mud also known as "mudding". With the truck covered in mud the poisonous fumes could not escape through the tailpipe. Knee-deep in mud in the middle of nowhere and the only way to reach it is via an all - terrain vehicle and with no cell phone reception there was no one to call. The bodies were originally discovered today by a passing ATV rider. 

Kevin's Leg Pop Out

While Kevin Ware was trying to block another player he came down hard landing in an awkward position. Louisville basketball player Kevin Ware's leg fracture was a freak accident that may have affected older injuries. Kevin ware is a 20 year old college basketball star he successfully underwent surgery at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis Sunday night. The doctors will have to open his right leg to heal the open fracture that his right tibia caused. Kevin's injury happened on Sunday at the NCAA Midwest Regional final. Kevin's operations lasted two hours. A rod was inserted in his leg to stabilize him.

11 Year Old Girl Pregnant

Deandre Devon Davis-Williams, 21, is in jail. He is accused of sexually abusing and impregnating an 11-year-old little girl. Investigators say that Williams had a routine of sneaking into the child's home when her mom went to work and would allegedly force himself on her. The girl told police that Williams would enter her apartment's back door almost every day when her mother wasn't home. She says that Williams would ignore her pleas to stop. Investigators said that the girl only told her mother about the assault when her school called home, suspicious the girl was pregnant. That was just two months ago, and the little girl was already seven months pregnant. The little girl is about to give birth to the child. Williams tried contacting the girl by text, asking why she told on him and said he was going to kill himself. Williams is being charged with continuous sexual assault of a child. Also, he is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Dying Your Hair Red with Special Effects

Red Hair is a very sexy and fun color to have especially if you want a color that will last more than 2 moths 4-8weeks. 

In this post you will see the different shades and steps you can use to maintain a good color.

This only applies to Special Effects Dye which in my opinion is probably the best brand to dye your hair if you want exotic colors. 

In order to get ready to dye your hair you have to prep yourself with things.

Buy a bleaching kit if its your first time and you don't know what peroxide or what kind of bleach to get buy the Manic Panic 30-40 volume depending on how dark your hair is. In my case after I finished my hair was a pale yellow with reddish highlights this is a good thing because your hair will be red!

 

Towel dry your hair you do not want to have wet hair when applying dye.

Once your hair is moist but not wet set up for the dying session.

1> Napalm Orange: One of my favorite colors to have and the funnest. It glows in black light and definitely vegan 100%.

After applying a good coat onto your bleached hair you must wait 45-1h to let it process and cover your head. 

Finally once you see it is nice and in, wash your hair with cold water until the water runs clear. It will not take long and it will be very bright. I classify it as a Red because in some lights it does look red also in the bottle.

Finally apply conditioner Ever Pure series from L'oreal to lock in the color. You should wash it once a week to keep the nice color in but as i soon learned this is a very hard color to fade. 

 

Now the next color Nuclear Red is from the same series and is even brighter. The same process must preceded and here are the lovely results.

One thing to take in mind is that although this looks fabulous it is a hazard to take care of and also you have to take in mind your roots will come in sooner or later.

Shampoo to use: Ever Pure from L'oreal it doesn't contain sulfate or any other harsh salts.

Buy the conditioner that accompanies it.

Oils you can buy which ever one for your hair type your hair might be a bit dry from the process so proceed and oil it up to give it a boost shine.

Finally enjoy the color. Also take in mind that depending on your exposure to UV light your hair color just might change.

Birds of a Feather May Not Flock Together.

 

This is a very interesting conversation that is going on among people today. Does this lifestyle develop when you are young or when you have been abused or is it a choice? On a daily basis many children, teens, and adults are seen cross-dressing, dating the same sex, or simply people who are confused and exploring their sexual preferences. They shouldn't be treated different because they are still people. What's the  difference from Martin Luther King Jr. fighting for blacks and whites to be equal than the LGBT community fighting for equality? Young men and women are dying by the hand of people who think they are superior because of their own "traditional" views on marriage, dating and sex. Many people try to disassociate themselves from those apart of the gay community because they are afraid of what society and others may think about their sexuality. Some people are not comfortable within their own skin and are not strong enough to have friends with different views and opinions because they question who they are. Be your own person, don't witness bullying, injustice, or deny a great friend because you are weak minded.

Tichinia Arnold also known as Pam from Martin, recently talked about gay rumors being spread. She didn't confirm whether or not she was gay, that wasn't clear to me. She says "You’re not a celebrity until…you’ve had a gay rumor. I’ve been around gays, transgenders and transsexuals. I accept people for whom and what they are. Everybody says you’re guilty by association. What do I have to be guilty about? I know lesbians. My friends are my friends and I don’t give a damn what people think."

 Many people have a same sex preference and many people are just curious. I'm not saying being homosexual is right or wrong, I'm just saying that if we isolate and shun all those who are, we may be missing out on a great friend. Chicago's Gay Pride 'parade will take place June 30, 2013. I've never been but I heard a lot of people attend, similar to the Bud Biliken Parade. We should support one another in whatever we want  to do as long as its not doing anything that contributes to violence.

Spring- Packing up the Bundle Up

Chicago is known for its tricky weather. Not getting heavy snow until February. Warm days in December. Last year March was short shorts weather. Luckily, there's no more need for the 'bundle up'. In comes the Pastels!

Since Spring started, there have been cool temperatures. Usually in the 40s and 50s. If you can bare, bring out your high waist shorts, flats, and long cardigans.

Spring is basically about the start. The birth of flowers and the coming out. Bright colors are DEFINITELY needed. Pinks, purples, soft blues, yellows, greens, etc.

Many are also doing the printed leggings, and jeggings. Galaxy-like and tribal patterns. Floral is now approachable. You could turn this into something Punk-ish as well as something soft. The right accessories will do the job.

Head and hair accessories are changing as well. The thick knitted beanies should be put up, not trashed, for Chicago's ups and downs.

Straw Fedoras should be getting prepared. The sun hats, not just yet. Not in Chicago.

One doesn't necessarily have to wear boots anymore. Oxfords, wedges, and low top gym shoes for the sporty person.

This doesn't just stop with your clothes. An opening pastel colored nail polish will also work at bringing in the seasons. Sparkles and glitters of blues and purplesare highly suggested.

Spring season is extremely fun, and upbeat-especially with your choices on clothes, make-up, and accessories. Brighten it up, and don't be afraid of those popping colors. Show Out!

Waka dropped from Brick Squad

     This is crazy that Gucci Mane allegedly dropped Waka Flocka from Brick Squad. Gucci Mane's manager has stated that somebody hacked his twitter account and he had no knowledge of the tweets. Fans are hoping that Gucci Mane didn't drop Waka from the label. Waka and Gucci Mane had their share of differences but found ways to resolve them. On Twitter, Waka is still claiming to be a part of Brick Squad, while fans and I continue to hope that both rappers can work out their differences for now and for the future.
